Welcome to the T.E.A.C.H. community—where transformative learning begins! The T.E.A.C.H. Program is a new, innovative initiative designed to spark interest in the teaching profession and build diverse educator pipelines. Created to engage and support aspiring educators at the earliest stages of their journey, T.E.A.C.H. offers hands-on experiences, guided reflection, and opportunities to develop foundational teaching skills.
We’re excited to introduce you to the first edition of the T.E.A.C.H. curriculum—a bold and empowering journey designed to inspire the next generation of educators. Rooted in reflection, connection, and purpose, the curriculum encourages aspiring teachers to discover their own voice, embrace their potential, and develop the skills necessary to lead with confidence and compassion.

Getting Started!
Interested in starting a T.E.A.C.H. Program?
Follow these four steps to get started!

Reach out to the team at T.E.A.C.H. to express interest and receive guidance on the implementation process.

For school programs, collaborate with your school counselor and/or district curriculum coordinator to add the T.E.A.C.H. course to the official course catalog. Begin identifying and recruiting students who show strong interest in education careers.
For other programs, reach out to the T.E.A.C.H. team for tailored guidance.

Attend a required curriculum training session for the T.E.A.C.H. Program. If planning a broader launch across multiple schools, districts, or programs, consider coordinating with the program office to host a regional training.

Launch the T.E.A.C.H. Program and begin guiding aspiring teachers through a high-quality, engaging curriculum focused on teaching as a profession.
